Due to data protection we will only disclose your name if we have your approval. We are not entitled to display the full details of the attendees.

Badges & Conference Materials

All participants will be provided with a badge upon arrival, which must be worn at all times whilst in the venue. You may also be required to show your badge at some social events. Please note, conference delegates will not be allowed into the session rooms without their badge. Upon arrival, all participants will be provided with a bag containing event materials (subject to availability). An exhibition catalogue will be included inside the bag and conference delegates will also receive a final copy of the conference agenda.

Business Clubs

Business Clubs are branded tables which will be allocated within a specific place in the exhibition hall(s) for the duration of the event. Business tables are very popular and we expect demand to be very high so it's best to book now to avoid disappointment.

Business club tables can be booked online when you register. You must be registered for the conference in order to be able to secure a Business Club table.

Visa and MasterCard are both accepted widely. Diners Club and American Express are accepted only where restaurants, shops and other retailers display the appropriate sign.

Day Pass

Day passes are available online and are only valid for one day. We also have First timer day Passes*

*This day pass is only for attendees, who are "first timers", i.e. Neither the individual nor the company may have ever attended the European conference previously.

Dress Code

Dress code for the conference and social events is smart casual.


In Spain the power sockets are of type F. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.

f you intend to use the UK electrical plugs then you will need an electricity plug adapter that will convert the standard 3 pin socket into a two pin socket. In the US where the electricity supply is 110 volts a transformer would be required to step down the voltage to 110 volts. Damage to the electrical appliance can occur if you attempt to use a 110 volt rated electrical appliance with a 230 volt supply.

Emergency Numbers

Hopefully you won't need these, but just in case...

All emergencies in Spain: Call 112 (no area code needed).

The responder will speak a number of languages, and it is also possible to fax or SMS the emergency number in case of disabilities. You can also visit the Urgencias (emergency) department of any hospital. You can always reach 112, even on a mobile phone without a Spanish SIM card.

Entry / Visa requirements

All visitors must be in possession of an identity card or a passport (or ID for Schengen member countries). Non-EU citizens require a valid passport to enter Spain. Visas are not required for citizens of the EU, the USA, Canada and a number of other countries. This should be checked with your travel agent.
